By accessing PathToFunded.com or using Trade Shield, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
PathToFunded provides research content and Trade Shield, a software tool that helps traders enforce execution rules. We do not provide trading signals, strategies, or financial advice. We are not a broker or financial advisor.
No warranty of outcomes
Trading is risky. The service does not guarantee profits, prevent losses, or ensure that you will pass any prop firm evaluation. Use of Trade Shield does not eliminate trading risk.
Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions are billed by Whop on the cadence shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime via your Whop account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund policies are as stated at the point of purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, or share account credentials. We may suspend accounts for violation of these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PathToFunded is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
